Warranty and Returns

The SMOBOT Team strives to provide the highest quality products and support to all customers. As such, we offer the following warranty and return policies:

  • We offer 6 month replacement on failed food or grill probes from the date of purchase, and we cover shipping in the event of a valid claim.
  • The controller and servo damper are guaranteed for a year from the purchase date, contingent upon the controller not being exposed to water (the damper may be exposed to water, but best to protect it when not in use). Again, we cover shipping in this case.
  • If user-caused damage occurs at anytime, or if any components besides food or grill probes fail after the warranty period, we will repair it for you at minimal cost to you, to cover expenses. Shipping costs will be your responsibility in this case.
  • If you’re unsatisfied with your SMOBOT for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund, if it is in perfect working order and condition. A small amount of soilage of the damper hardware is acceptable for returns, as would be expected for a couple of usages. You cover return shipping in this case.
